General
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use and place orders from Aziza Boutique. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using the Services offered by Aziza Boutique you are deemed to have understood and accepted these Terms of Service.

Selecting the Right Dress Size
We strongly recommend that you measure your bust, waist and hips and check our sizing chart, below before purchasing a dress. It is very important not to guess your size measurements.
Bust: Measure your chest around the fullest part. Note: It is not your bra size.
Waist: Measure around your waist line.
Hips: Measure your hips around the fullest part.
If you do not own a tape measure then use a piece of string and then lay this flat and measure the length marked with a ruler.

Please note that some evening wear designers cut slightly different than conventional High Street sizing as every designer has their own size chart so if you have any doubts about sizing please contact us on +44 208 444 5007 to discuss the options before purchasing.
It is common for eveningwear to require some adjustments in order to get the right fit however if you find that you have ordered the wrong size we will be happy to exchange it for a different size. Also keep in mind that there may be a small variance in colour between the picture of the dress on the website and the actual material. This is unavoidable and if you are not happy with the colour we will be happy to offer you a full refund if you send it back within seven days of receipt. We do not hold every dress in every colour and size in our stock but some styles can be ordered for future delivery.
Orders
When you are ready to make a purchase, simply add the item of your choice to the shopping cart. When you finish shopping, proceed to the checkout and follow the simple on screen instructions.
Place the order for your products by pressing ‘confirm’. By doing this you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated.
Customers are restricted to ordering two items in any one transaction. We reserve the right to refuse to process any further orders from a customer until delivery of the initial order has taken place, and the time for notification of returns has expired.
Also in the event that an item is to be returned by a customer, we reserve the right to delay delivery of any further items in any subsequent orders until return of the original order has taken place.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
When you place your order you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur if the ordered product is unavailable or discontinued; if we identify a pricing or product description error; or we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
A contract is formed between you and Aziza Boutique when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. You will be notified of the acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and AZIZA BOUTIQUE by telephone or email confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.
Once we have accepted your order it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, and PayPal. Payments on debit or credit will be charged once the transaction has been completed and goods logged for dispatch to the delivery address. This is normally within 3 working day of purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship all over the world but we suggest you contact us for the delivery charges outside of the UK. For deliveries within mainland UKthe standard delivery cost is £6.50 including insurance. Our delivery charge to mainland UKmay differ according to quantity of items purchased.
Our standard delivery method is via Royal Mail Special Delivery which takes 1 to 2 working days (except for bank holidays) and we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days (UKOnly). We are not liable for delays or losses caused by industrial action, acts of God or postal delays. We will notify you of any possible delay that might arise when we are aware of it. Please bear in mind however that delivery times cannot be guaranteed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and confirmation of full payment. The majority of our dresses are dispatched within 48 hours Monday to Friday, but for gowns that are out of stock or items that have to be ordered please allow more time for delivery.
To avoid disappointment please order your gown well before your special event, to allow time for delivery and alterations.
A signature might be requested on delivery. In an event you are not available during the initial attempt to deliver and a safe location/ recipient for package is not found, a card will be left, and your order is taken back and a further attempt to deliver may be given. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery/pickup.
In the event of a postal strike, deliveries might take longer than the stated timeframes. Please allow 5 working days before querying your order.
International Buyers
Any customs or import duties which are levied once the package reaches the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Address
Please make sure before you purchase items on the Aziza Boutique website you provide the correct delivery information. Please note we only post to the cardholders address and cannot accept orders to PO Box numbers, temporary accommodation, work premises or hotels. We are not responsible for items that are not sent to the buyers billing address and are sent to work places instead.
We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
We will be happy to exchange your goods within seven days of receipt. If you wish to exchange your goods for another size, colour or style, simply state your request on the returns form enclosed with your goods when you return the original item. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact.We shall endeavour to meet your request as soon as we can as we may need to order from the manufacturer. Please note, the time period is based on delivery times from our manufacturer. If there is a delay of more than seven days then we shall inform you by email or telephone. If we are unable to fulfil your order then we shall arrange a refund on the original item provided, subject to compliance with our Returns Policy below.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods we are happy to offer a full refund on items sent back to Aziza Boutique (at the address below) within seven days of receipt.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS POLICY
We inspect all garments carefully to ensure they are suitable for sale before they are advertised or dispatched.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact. Please do not attempt to wear the item other than to try it on before returning it. Any evidence to this effect will result in the item being sent back to you. When trying on garments at home you must take extreme care as any garments which are stained, have deodorant marks or odours will not be accepted. We recommend that you remove all jewellery before trying on any of the dresses to avoid damaging the garment. Once we are satisfied that the garment is intact and undamaged, we will issue a prompt refund to your original method of payment for the cost of the garment however we will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. This includes items that are returned damaged or tainted with smells such as cigarette/perfume smells making it unsuitable for resale.
If an order is returned within the seven days of receipt, we cannot refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery.
Special Orders cannot be cancelled. Items in the clearance section are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we reserve the right to refuse a refund claim for reasons stated in the terms and conditions and the returns policy.
Postage Instructions
All returns must be postmarked and sent to Aziza Boutique at the following address:

If the item is postmarked past the seven days allowed or does not have a returns authorisation number, the return will be refused and the item will be sent back to the customer. All returns must be in the packaging provided with the authorisation number clearly marked on the returns slip and returns label provided.
All returns will be posted at the customer's expense. We recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. We are not responsible for lost returns therefore we recommend you use an insured carrier. Postage costs are not refundable.
Special Order Products
Delivery times for some special orders can take up to 10-12 weeks. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but we will keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Special Orders items cannot be returned unless they have been inspected and confirmed as defective or not as ordered by Aziza. It is your responsibility to check details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements including size measurements, style and colour.
We do not accept responsibility for incorrect size measurements provided by you.
Further Information
All our dresses are specialist dry cleaning only. Due to the nature of some fabrics please note some garments will arrive creased. Occasionally beads come off dresses. We are sorry but we have no control over this.
Customer Agreement with Aziza Boutique
Customers are invited to make a legal offer to us for the purchase of goods. The acceptance or rejection of such offers is entirely at our discretion. All Information or services on our website shall at no point in time be interpreted as an indication of us making a legal offer to you to provide goods.
These terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aziza Boutique in relation to the provision of Goods and services, and supersede all previous agreements, arrangements, dealing options, undertakings or proposals, written or oral. At no point will a given oral explanation or oral information by any party alter the interpretation of these terms and conditions. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you have not relied on any representation other than those clearly stated in here, and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not been made clearly in these terms and conditions.
All payment card types are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses for any reason to authorise payment, you will be notified of this.
